I bought a month ago or so. This was a warranty replacement mattress as the old product we had was no longer offered. We tried the mattress in a store before ordering it through Serta and liked it. The 12" was in store, but we decided to go with 14". I do not recommend. It is a lot harder than the store model, which was unexpected. Because it is a warranty replacement, we can't send back for a different one, so we will probably try to sell or replace within a couple years. Quality is fine, but because we can't use the Serta "replace with another for any reason in 30 days" and it is significantly stiffer than floor model, gets 3 stars.

I purchased this mattress almost a month ago. My old iComfort (over 12 years old) was starting to show lack of support so I figured it was time to buy a new one. I stuck with the iComfort because I was so happy with my old one. They have really expanded on the choices and pretty sure I picked the one I would like. It is the plush and it is super comfy. I know people don't like this type of mattress because you cannot sit on the side but I am used to it. Here is hoping I can get as many years out of this new mattress.

Okay I've given this mattress a couple months and I have to say it's actually pretty great. I have chronic back pain and honestly this mattress makes me wake up less sore and more comfortable.

It's been 3 weeks since I bought this bed, and it is Amazing. It is literally like sleeping on a big cool cloud. It purchased the 14" plush with cooling. I sleep hot...very hot. All the nights wake up from being to warm are gone. I melt into this mattress and sleep through the night with no problems and wake up refreshed and ready to go. The only problem is it is comfortable that I do not want to roll out of bed lol. You will not be disappointed.

I was apprehensive about a plush mattress since I'm used to a firm mattress but the comfort level is perfect! The mattress also fits perfectly on the queen size bedframe. Overall, the support is great since I'm a side sleeper.

This mattress is everything I've been needing to get a good nights sleep! It is super thick and so comfortable. I think it will be a very durable mattress. It offers great support and is very cooling as it has the cool feel fabric. It has the 5 zone support which are memory and support foam.

I am beyond pleased with this mattress! The plush mattress hugs me just right without getting too warm. Plus, the mattress is a little 12 inches thick.
I was in an accident last year and suffered from a back injury as a result. Since getting this mattress, I no longer wake up sore and find myself not tossing and turning throughout the night like I used to! I've finally been able to sleep again.

This mattress is so heavy. It weighs almost 200 lbs. I didn't expected it came like this. I thought they will vacuum seal it. However, the quality seems very good.

I absolutely love this mattress. It is so squishy but firm enough to be supportive. When I laid on the bare mattress I could feel the cooling technology. However, I only had cotton sheets so once I added those the bed was definitely a little warmer to lay on but I think the cooling technology still helped to keep the temperature down more than a traditional mattress with cotton sheets. I love that when I lay down I feel my body sink down into the memory foam.
